Refund policy
All purchases made through We OnTask888, operated by RA KA BA INC, are subject to the following terms:
Digital Products: All digital downloads are final and non-refundable once files have been accessed or delivered. This includes frequency audio tracks, bundles, education guides, sigil scrolls, and animated GIF assets.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue preventing file access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical Products (Merch & Art): Physical items are printed on demand via Printify. We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival.
- Report any issues within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence
- Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit
- We do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer's remorse on print-on-demand items
