Cancellation policy

Subscriptions and purchase options offered through We OnTask888, operated by RA KA BA INC, may be cancelled at any time through your customer account portal.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain full access to subscription content until the period ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle

Digital Product Purchases:

  • Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once files have been delivered
  • All digital sales are final

Physical Product Purchases (Merch & Art):

  • Physical print-on-demand orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins
  • Once an item enters production via Printify it cannot be cancelled
  • Defective or misprinted items may be reported within 30 days for a replacement or store credit

To Cancel a Subscription:

  • Log into your customer account at ontask888.shop
  • Navigate to your active subscriptions and select Cancel
